In 1998 Anne Hauck, the renowned Art Deco dealer and collector, introduced her line of authentic antique furnishings, lighting and fine art to the US. With her exquisite taste and unique collection, Anne quickly attracted the top American interior designers. Anne’s showroom is located in the heart of the Los Angeles design district in West Hollywood, California.
Anne Hauck Art Deco has since been featured numerous times in top publications such as Architectural Digest, Robb Report and also in Elizabeth McMilliam’s book “Deco and Streamline Architecture in L.A.” For the last three decades Anne has vetted international antique shows and today she is proud member of the American International Fine Art Fair Vetting Committee.
In 2005 AHAD was honored to participate in decorating and furnishing the sets of the Martin Scorsese movie “The Aviator”. Her antique treasures and custom made pieces decorate many celebrity homes worldwide.
Once Anne noticed a void in the high end reproduction market, she began developing her own extensive line of furniture, lighting and fine carpets. Despite the success of her New Collection, she never neglected her Antiques and still regularly travels to Europe. “The idea” Anne says, “is to locate and acquire unblemished original pieces that were handcrafted by the master craftsmen and women of that era. I have been collecting for over 30 years: without my exclusive sources all over Germany and France, this would be impossible today.”
